Crystal joined GRIMM in 2020 to build upon the company’s commercial brand and recent successes, offering our tailored services and solutions to solve the Federal Government’s stickiest cyber problems. She collaborates with GRIMM’s technical and program leaders to pursue, win, and execute cyber-related services for the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and other federal agencies.
Crystal embodies the highly competitive nature of offensive cyber and embraces the tension between competition and compliance in government contracting. Crystal has been supporting the DoD and IC communities for 20 years, specializing in acquisition and engineering management, business operations, and leading technical projects. She is a master at building effective teams and coalitions that offer tremendous value to customers.
Crystal holds a Masters of Science in Government Contracting from George Washington University, where she contributed her insights regarding emerging technology procurement programs to the publication of JointPublic Procurement and Innovation: Lessons Across Borders. She also holds a ProgramManagement Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a FEAC Certified Enterprise Architect.
Her proudest professional achievement is receiving Patriotic Employer Honors from the Office of the Secretary ofDefense in 2018 for her part in supporting Reservists also serving as contractors in the DoD community.
