Dan is the Director of Consulting at GRIMM and oversees both tactical and strategic operations as it relates to client-facing initiatives. Dan has spent over 20 years in Information Technology and Security, serving in several capacities from senior executive, operational management, and Informatics to Informational Security consulting. Dan started his career as a COBOL developer and then a web developer before moving into executive leadership and Information Security Consulting. Dan has provided his expertise in several industries, including Banking, Travel, Higher Education and Energy. Dan focuses on aligning business needs and the ever changing security landscape to help partners mature their security posture and capabilities.
Dan has a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. Dan has served as an Industry Advisor to the Kaiser University system in the area of Information Security. Dan is also currently a member of the Advisory Board for SANS.
